This is the privacy statement of Qconcepts* regarding its website https://www.qconcepts.nl/.

Qconcepts is convinced that the privacy of its website visitors is essential. Personal data is therefore handled and secured with the utmost care, entirely in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). In this privacy statement we explain in more detail how we do this.

Website

In general, our website can be visited without you submitting your personal information to us. However, like many other websites, our Web site does automatically collect certain non-identifiable information about website users. These include your Internet Service Provider’s IP address, date and time of access to the website, the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our Web site, the operating system you use, the areas of the Web site you visit, the pages of the website you visited and the information you viewed, and the materials you submit or download from the website.

This technical information is used for website and system administration, and to further improve the website. This technical data may be passed on to third parties and may be permanently stored for future use.

Processing of personal data

At the time you enter your data on our website, your personal data is recorded for the purpose of providing our services, answering your inquiry or contacting you.

Depending on the purpose, we process contact data such as name, phone number and e-mail address. In the case of a job application, we also process the documents sent along with it in accordance with our recruitment policy. We store the received data only for the period strictly necessary for the application process.

What do we process your personal data for?

Your personal data will be processed for the following possible purposes:

  • To provide you with offers and/or information about services, events, content and other activities.
  • To contact you in response to your application.

Retention period

Your personal data will be kept as long as necessary for the realization of the purposes mentioned above. If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, we will process the personal data for as long as you do not withdraw your consent. Based on legitimate interest, we will process the personal data as long as you do not object to the processing. With every invitation, newsletter or otherwise, you have the opportunity to simply indicate that you do not want us to process your personal data any longer. We will then immediately remove your data from our files.

Security measures

We make every effort to optimally secure your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this by means of physical, administrative and technological measures. For example: only authorized parties have access to the data, we send your data via a secure Internet connection, we have security software in use and extensive procedures to prevent unauthorized access to your data. If and insofar as data is provided to third parties, we have agreed with them that they will provide optimal security for the personal data and a processing agreement has been concluded, unless the third party itself is a processing controller.

Social media

This site includes buttons to promote or share pages on social networks. These buttons are realized by code provided by these parties themselves. This code places a cookie, among other things. Read the privacy statement of these parties (which may change regularly) to see what they do with your personal data that they process with this code.

Further, there are links on our website that link to that party’s website. Qconcepts is not responsible for any personal data processed by that party when visiting that website.

Your rights

You have the following rights under applicable laws and regulations – and in accordance with the terms contained therein:

  • Access to your personal data;
  • Rectification of incorrect personal data;
  • Complete incomplete information;
  • To have your personal data erased in certain cases;
  • To have the processing of your personal data “restricted” in certain cases;
  • To object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases;
  • To obtain and transfer your personal data in certain cases;
  • To file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In certain cases, we may have the right to refuse your request. In that case, we will explain the refusal to you.

If you wish to inspect the personal data we process about you and/or want to change data you can contact us. All contact information can be found at the bottom of this privacy statement. To establish that the request is made by you, please enclose a copy of your ID. Make your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black/unreadable in the copy, for protection of your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, at least within one month.
