Effective July 13, Confinant has become part of Qconcepts, home of audit. This strategic step strengthens Qconcepts’ position in the audit market, with a clear focus on quality, industry specialization, and continued growth in the Amsterdam region.
Confinant Audit & Assurance B.V. (“Confinant”) becomes part of Qconcepts, and its existing clients and engagements will be integrated into Qconcepts’ audit practice. The combination marks another important milestone in the development of Qconcepts as a modern quality-driven platform of specialists, where growth goes hand in hand with preserving a strong professional identity.
Strengthening a key growth region
This development aligns with Qconcepts’ strategic ambition of achieving sustainable, quality-focussed growth. A key element of this strategy is strengthening its presence in Amsterdam. Through Confinant, Qconcepts significantly expands its footprint and capabilities in the region while further deepening its expertise in the investment and asset management sector—including broker-dealers, private equity, venture capital, and real estate—as well as fintech companies and high-growth startups and scale-ups.
