I found that here.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h5><strong>Learning from the best<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Despite four years of accounting experience, Lindsy had an opportunity to learn a lot at Q. \u201cWhen I came to work here, I had to learn to walk all over again, so to speak. Everything was new. That\u2019s why I\u2019m so happy with the traineeship and with my colleagues who know a lot about the profession. I learn so much from them! Also, like everyone else here, I have a mentor. It\u2019s so nice to be able to ask all my questions and to share what\u2019s on my mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Playing ball<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>For Lindsy, her work-life balance is sacred. \u201cI value my freedom and personal life, and at Q, they understand that. I\u2019m free to go wherever I want. Of course I have my responsibilities and appointments with clients, but if I want to play tennis for an hour in between meetings, I can do that. They are very flexible here. I study for school in my downtime and one day a week I see my classmates. I sincerely mean it when I say that I appreciate everyone working here. It\u2019s such a nice place to work.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Everyone is family<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>For Lindsy, the workplace is much more than freedom and playing ball on her lunch break. \u201cWhat I like most about working at Q is my colleagues; they feel like family. At other offices there was often a generation gap. Here we are all on the same page and see each other outside of work. There\u2019s just a good atmosphere. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot. And everyone is always there for each other.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Remote from Spain<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Full time in the office is out of date. But what about working under the Spanish sun? \u201cLast winter I worked remotely from M\u00e1laga. Q also has offices there, right in the center, a stone\u2019s throw from the beach. That\u2019s not because we have Spanish clients, mind you, but because colleagues expressed a desire for it. I think that\u2019s cool and the ultimate example that Q cares about its people. That work-life balance everyone is always talking about.
