This privacy statement is intended to provide a comprehensive explanation of our approach in this regard.

Website 

In general, individuals can visit our website without the necessity of providing personal data. However, akin to numerous other websites, our site automatically gathers specific non-identifiable information pertaining to users. This includes, for instance, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user's computer, the IP address of their Internet Service Provider, the date and time of website access, the internet address of the site from which a direct link to our website was established, the operating system in use, the sections of the website accessed, the pages visited, and the information viewed or downloaded from the site.

This technical information serves purposes such as website management, system administration, and continuous enhancement of the website. It is conceivable that this technical data may be shared with third parties and could be permanently stored for future utilization.

Processing of personal data

Upon entering your details on our website, your personal data is captured for the purpose of delivering our services, responding to your inquiries, or initiating contact with you. This practice extends to situations where a LinkedIn connection exists between us. In instances where we process your data through a LinkedIn connection, we will explicitly inform you in our initial email correspondence.

What personal data do we process from you?
Below is an overview of the personal data we may process, depending on the purpose:

  • (Business) contact details.
  • Phone number.
  • E-mail address.
  • Function.
  • LinkedIn profile.
  • Other personal data provided by or on behalf of you such as a CV, references etc.
What do we process your personal data for?

Your personal data will be processed for the following possible purposes:

  • To provide you with offers and/or information on services, events, content, and other activities.
  • To assess your suitability and availability in connection with mediation for permanent or temporary work or an assignment.
  • To record an assignment with the client in an agreement with the client and to maintain and fulfil the agreement with the client.
  • For management purposes, including management information, providing internal control and corporate security, and conducting audits and auditing. To comply with laws and regulations.

Qconcepts will only collect personal data when it is essential for fulfilling the agreement with you, meeting legal obligations, obtaining explicit consent, pursuing legitimate interests, or as otherwise permitted by law. Generally, we avoid processing special personal data, which includes information on race, religion, political affiliation, health, sexual life, trade union membership, personal data under criminal law, and/or data related to unlawful or nuisance behaviour, unless explicitly necessary and allowed by law.

Retention period 

Your personal data will be retained for the duration necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. If the processing relies on your consent, we will continue processing your personal data until you choose to withdraw your consent. In cases where processing is based on legitimate interests, we will continue processing your personal data unless you raise an objection. Every invitation, newsletter, or communication provides you with the option to express your preference not to have us continue processing your personal data. Upon your request, we will promptly remove your data from our records.

Additionally, we handle personal data throughout the duration of an agreement or as long as legal obligations require its processing, such as our administrative obligation, which involves processing specific personal data for a period of 7 years. Following the (legally mandated) retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted.

Security measures 

We make every effort to secure your personal data in the best possible way against unlawful use. We do this by means of physical, administrative, and technological measures. For example: only authorised parties have access to the data, we send your data via a secure internet connection, we use security software and have extensive procedures to prevent unauthorised access to your data. If and insofar as data is provided to third parties, we have agreed with them that they will provide optimal security for the personal data and a processing agreement has been concluded, unless the third party itself is a data controller.  

Social media

This site includes buttons to promote or share pages on social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. These buttons are realised by code provided by these parties themselves. Among other things, this code places a cookie. Read the privacy statement of these parties (which may change regularly) to see what they do with your personal data that they process with this code.

Furthermore, there are links on our website that point to that party's website. Qconcepts is not responsible for any personal data processed by that party when visiting that website.

Your rights

You have the following rights under the applicable laws and regulations - and in accordance with the terms contained therein:

  • Rectification of incorrect personal data.
  • Complete incomplete information.
  • To have your personal data erased in certain cases.
  • To have the processing of your personal data 'restricted' in certain cases.
  • To object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases.
  • To obtain and transfer your personal data in certain cases.
  • To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may have the right to refuse your request in certain cases. In that case, we will explain the refusal to you. 

If you wish to inspect the personal data, we process about you and/or wish to change data, please contact us. All contact details can be found at the bottom of this privacy statement. To be able to establish that the request is made by you, please enclose a copy of your proof of identity. To protect your privacy, please make your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black and white in the copy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
